About The Event
Move from Stress, Struggle and Conflict to Calm, Ease and Joy
So many parents & teachers are feeling stuck & disempowered when it comes to the teens and tweens in their care.
- Are we handling their challenges or challenging behaviours in the best way?
- How do we help our teens and tweens to co-operate and ‘go with the flow’ more?
- How can we possibly discipline and remain connected to each other?
Join us for two and a half hours of neuroscience based learnings that will allow you to feel more empowered in stress and struggle-filled spaces.
Cost: R300 per person or R450 per couple.
Time: 6pm – 8:30pm (with optional Q&A until 9pm)
